evie (with the help of her dad) gave me one of my favorite gifts this year for christmas, a family membership to the brand new perot museum of nature and science in dallas designed by morphosis architects . we have been watching this museum being built since we moved here and have been highly anticipating the grand opening this month. yesterday we finally got to see inside and it was worth the wait! we strolled through five floors of dinosaur bones, human bodies, gems and minerals (along with the entire population of texas). the whole museum is very kid-friendly so there will be lots of visits in the future, hopefully after all the hype has died down! this is definitely a gift that will keep giving.
