this smiley lady mastered the roll over right before she turned 4 months old. we were stuck at 95% for a while but she finally got that pesky arm out and made it all the way over last weekend. of course when i shared the happy news at daycare on monday it turns out they had already witnessed her new trick…a few times. as far as i’m concerned her milestones only happen on the weekends. her sweet smiles are beginning to take over the pensive glare, she is obviously catching on to her parent’s hilarious sense of humor. she’s very stingy with her giggle but i have heard it exactly three times. this girl is smitten with her dad, she follows his every movement very intently. she’s pretty fond of her mom too, especially since i have longer hair to pull. evie’s current favorites: riding in cars, looking up at the trees, staring out our 9th floor window, toys that crinkle, relaxing in a warm bath, and finally realizing she can use her hands for more than just chew toys.
Evie has certainly filled MoMo’s heart, love this pictures, and just look at how that red stuffed thingy is getting smaller and smaller!!!!!!

That’s how I was with Jaxon. I had to tell myself that I was the one who saw his firsts because if not, I’d just cry and cry at the thought of missing them.
